What to Expect
If you feel called to learn more about shamanic healing, connecting with spirit helpers/
ancestors, and learning how to journey into non-ordinary reality to the three spirit worlds – this workshop is for you.
Join us for a two-day experiential immersive on shamanic journeying in Santa Barbara. Together
we will step into sacred space and deepen our connection with the unseen realms through
drumming, journeying, ceremony and ritual.
Two days in sacred space
Each day runs from 10 am to 5 pm. Saturday lays the foundations; Sunday turns the practice toward healing.
Saturday — Foundations
Nov 7, 2026 • 10 am – 5pm
- Foundations of core shamanism, direct revelation and shamanic journeying
- Guided journeys to the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds
- Connecting with power animals, teachers, ancestors and helping spirits of the land
Sunday — Healing
Nov 8, 2026 • 10 am – 5pm
- Exploring the primary illnesses from a shamanic perspective and comparison to Western medicine
- Learn about divination, extractions, soul retrieval, psychopomp, ancestral work, energy clearing and much more…
- Journeying with intention for yourself and/ or others
- Learn simple yet powerful shamanic healing methods
The Three Worlds
Upper World
Journeys upward to meet wise elders, teachers, Archangels and helping spirits.
Middle World
The spirit side of this physical world we live in, including the places and beings around us.
Lower World
Journeys downward into the lower world, the realm of lost souls, and often the first place we meet our power animal, along with other spirit helpers and animals

What to know before you come
- Investment: $275
- Location: Private residence in Santa Barbara (address provided upon registration)
- What to bring: Yoga mat or travel pad, and comfortable attire. Bring a drum or rattle if you have one. If not, no worries: I have extras.
- Arrive prepared. Bring a light lunch. Water and snacks will be provided.
Questions people ask
Do I need prior experience with shamanism or journeying?
No. This is a foundational course designed for beginners as well as those looking to deepen an existing practice.
Do I need a drum or rattle?
No. They are optional. The course and retreat include guided practices with drumming and rattling, and you are welcome to join in if you already own one.
